All fees paid to ISO Certificates System are non-refundable once payment is made, as work on your application begins immediately. If we are unable to issue your certificate for a reason on our side, we will re-process your application at no extra cost. Please read the scope, the standard and the disclosure for your selected IAF or Non-IAF certification type before you pay.
