Why we collect it: to process your application, issue and verify certificates, contact you about your order, send renewal reminders and improve the site.

Sharing: with the certification and accreditation organisations involved in your selected service, with our payment gateway, courier and messaging providers, and where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

Public record: the company name, standard, scope, dates and status of an issued certificate are shown on the Verify page.

Retention: application records are kept for the life of the certificate and for a reasonable period afterwards for audit purposes.

Your choices: you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to care@isocertificate.co.

Security: we use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

Changes: we may update this policy; the latest version is always on this page.
