After certification
An annual surveillance review is due during the three-year validity period. The team sends reminders before surveillance and renewal. Keep your scope, records and contact information up to date.
Turnaround estimates begin after complete documents and payment. Certification depends on the applicable requirements being met; payment alone does not guarantee issuance.
