Registration, identity and business activity
Have a business registration proof, a letterhead or visiting card and one sales or purchase invoice ready. Use records that reflect the legal entity and address being certified.
Write a clear scope
Describe what the business actually does in one or two lines. For example: Manufacture and supply of industrial fasteners. Avoid claiming activities or sites that your records do not support.
Prepare for follow-up
Upload PDF, JPG or PNG files up to 5 MB each. Product compliance services may need test reports and supplier declarations. The team will request any missing evidence during review.
