A standard and a certificate are different
ISO publishes standards. Separate certification bodies assess organisations and issue certificates. A standard number alone does not tell you the accreditation route behind a certificate.
Two routes, clearly stated
This desk offers Non-IAF certification under ISAO and a separate IAF option for ten standards. The selected route appears on price lists, application reviews and order tracking. For an IAF application, confirm the issuing certification body, its accreditation scope and the applicable standard edition before payment.
Ask the receiving party
A Non-IAF certificate does not meet an IAF or NABCB requirement. If your buyer specifies either, select the IAF route and share the exact wording so the required certification body and accreditation scope can be checked. Seek written clarification from the buyer before making a purchase.
